Terms of service

The service

1cue is a desktop application that prepares you for sales conversations, assists during them, and records what happened. It is offered as-is during early access, and features may change without notice.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of what you put into it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of everything you put into 1cue. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — storing it, processing it, and sending it to our model provider to produce results you asked for. We do not use it to train models, and we do not sell it.

Recording conversations

You are responsible for consent. Recording laws vary, and some jurisdictions require every participant to agree. 1cue shows a recording indicator, but it cannot know your local law or who is on the call. Do not record where you are not permitted to.

Acceptable use

What the assistant produces

Briefs, answers and drafts are generated from your records and may be wrong or incomplete. They cite their sources so you can check them, and you should — especially before repeating anything to a customer. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Availability

We aim to keep 1cue running but make no uptime promise during early access. Offline, the app remains usable for reading; creating records requires a connection.

Ending it

You may stop using 1cue at any time and request deletion of your records. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why where we lawfully can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, 1cue is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
